Things to do in Chicago September 2010

Chicago is becoming big music fest central.  We know you’ve heard of Pitchfork and Lallapalooza, but we’d like to introduce you to a new concert series, NorthCoast Music Festival.  This is a celebratory concoction of hip hop, electronic, dance and indy music occuring at Union Park Labor Day Weekend, which is just a quick train ride from our hostel.  Check this fest out, musicians like De La Soul, Chemical Brothers, Lupe Fiasco, Moby, and Nas will be performing and you have the option of purchasing a 1 day pass for $35 or a 3 day pass for $75.  Just because summer ends in September, doesn’t mean Chicago events cease as well….
