Chicago Breweries
Chicago has become quite the mecca for breweries. Here’s a few you may want to check out…

Metropolitan Brewery
Metropolitan Brewery is a great independent company that works hard at producing darn good beer. Their August & September tours are still TBD, but the admission is only $5 and you get free samples. We recommend the Krank Shaft Ale.
Goose Island Brewery
Arguably the most popular brewery in Chicago, brews like 312 & Oatmeal Stout have become available nationwide. Visit Goose Island Brewery & check out their website for tour times & events.
Piece Pizza & BrewPub
This place is always a lively & happening joint, why? well, they serve great pizza as well as award winning beers. Piece Pizza on North Ave. in Wicker Park sells big growlers of their freshly brewed beer for $16 a piece.

Half Acre Brewery
Check out Half Acre Brewery, another one of Chicago’s independently run breweries. Open for business on Fridays from 12pm-8pm, Saturdays from 11am-7pm & Sundays from 12pm-5pm & located at 4257 N. Lincoln Ave….we recommend the award winning Daisy Cutter.
