Coffee Shops in Lincoln Park

The winter weather finally feels like it’s breaking here in Chicago,  good days to take a stroll and visit a cafe.

Noble Tree Cafe

The Noble Tree is located right around the corner from our hostel and brews some excellent Metropolis Coffee.  They also boast 3 floors of sprawling cafe room to relax, read,  or surf the web.  Try their serious pie or grab a cup to go, either way this place has character and it’s cool.

Intelligensia Coffee Shop

Take a walk up Broadway and try some infamous Intelligentsia coffee or tea.  This place really offers some of the best eye-opening drinks you can find in the city.  Besides, check out some shops while you’re on Broadway such as: Threadless, Reckless Records, & Buffalo Exchange.

The Bourgeois Pig

The  Bourgeois Pig is more than a cafe.  They offer some most excellent sandwiches as well as tasty vegan options.  Better yet, they’re a 5 minute walk from our front door and their coffee is pretty darn good as well.

Lincoln Park Conservatory

After a cafe, visit the Lincoln Park Conservatory.  Its free, next to the zoo, and always beautiful.
