Places to Eat in Lincoln Park

01 Dec

Welcome to our neighborhood.  It is one of the best neighborhoods to indulge in delicious Chicago cuisine.  Here are a few of our personal recommendations….

This new place was recently discovered by our general manager, Mat. Now we all love Del Seoul’s Korean/Mexican flare, they offer mouth watering tacos and sandwiches, along with Korean staples like kimchi and miso soup.  Modeled after a Korean Street BBQ, you can’t go wrong with their excellent menu options (located on Clark St. between Deming & Wrightwood).

Have a sweet tooth? Look no further than Molly’s Cupcakes.  This place boasts at least 31 different flavors of cupcakes baked from scratch (we recommend the Cookie Monster & The Red Velvet).  The interior is comfortable and offers swings to sit on at the coffee bar or tables throughout, they also serve Intelligentsia Coffee, for those who appreciate a great brew (Located at 2536 N. Clark St.).

In the market for a memorable Chicago Style Hot Dog (mustard, white onion, neon relish, sport peppers, pickle spear, celery salt)? Or maybe just a darn good encased meat? Check out the neighborhood Dog House.  Not only do they offer the staple savory dog, but they also have a variety of game meats as well: pheasant, boar, alligator…check it out on the way to the Fullerton train station (816 W Fullerton Ave.).

Recently appearing on Food Wars, our neighborhood hosts some of the best Chicago Deep Dish Pizza at Lou Malnati’s.  There’s something about this pizza crust that separates itself from the competition.  Whether you order from the hostel, or take the brief stroll to the Lincoln Park location, this place has to hit your Chicago to-do list (located at Lincoln Ave and Wrightwood).
