Excellent Events at The Chicago Getaway Hostel

The leaves have changed and Autumn has painted our city with its beautiful Fall colors.  We invite you to come explore our magnificent town and take advantage of our weekly events.

Our Thursday Night Pub Crawls are still running strong.  We invite all guests (over 21) to meet us in our lobby at 6:45pm as we embark on an always fun local bar hopping adventure.  Thursday night is a great night to take advantage of drink specials and have a few pints of fine spirits.

On Monday nights we take our guests to historic Kingston Mines.  This place has great live blues music, and we get you in for free.  All you need to do is meet us in our lobby at 8:45pm and pay for your food (they have awesome chicken wings) and drinks. 

We also host a Free Chili Dinner on Fridays as well as a Free Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday.    These events are held in our dining area from 6pm-8pm.  This is a great way to meet your fellow travelers and have some in-house fun.  Make your reservation today!
